NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Gaston School District #511Jt, Washington County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Gaston School District Commons Building, 300 Park St., Gaston, OR 97119 and also accessible virtually. The meeting link and information is available on the website at www.Gastonk12.org. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comments from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may provide comments and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. Comments will be subject to a three minute limit per community member. Written comments received by 4:00 PM on May 17, 2024 will be read during the public comment section of the meeting.
